Let’s begin!As Forest Gump would say, “Life is a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.” Well, my box of dark and delectable chocolates came with a specialty “Motherhood” candy. Yes, I am a mother. I am someone’s life guardian and provider. The last time I checked in was when I was writing about fashion and beauty hacks. With those being a passion of mine, they were no longer my primary focus. God has blessed me with a beautiful little girl who has taken my life by storm! She has taught me many new things about being a parent and a bad ass woman.
I would have never thought that at the age of 26, I would be able to care for a little person. Now, my Black Friday sales consist of toddler clothing and hair barrettes. Disclaimer: Zara kids has become one of my all-time favorite shopping spots. However, with all of the planning, vision boards, and 5-year-end goals I may have envisioned. Life has a tendency to throw little curve-balls into the mix.
Let it be known; she has been my greatest accomplishment of all time.
