Dom’s Summertime Beauty Hacks

So, as you may or may not know, I like to experiment with new products for my face.

I have super sensitive skin, and I always try to find the best products that suit my skin during different seasons of the year – our skin goes through changes, just like the weather.

In the summertime, I find my skin becoming extremely oily, leading to breakouts in my T-Zone area. So, for me it is imperative that I find products that aid to keep my face looking rather refreshed & healthy (as for most in the summertime – leaving a breathable feeling).

After trial & error with many products, I have figured out which products that I believe work the best…

Deep Penetrating Mask:

Ooo La La “Origins

No stranger to Origins and their masks, I came across the Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay, the ideal mask for your deep penetration needs. With skin calming beads infused within the mask to massage your skin, it feels amazing. Just leave it on for 10 minutes and your skin is looking flawless, feeling silky smooth.

Lightweight Mist & Moisturizer:

Caudalie

As a newcomer to the brand Caudalie, and I would like to say that it has impressed me by far. My personal favs are the Grape Water mist and the Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet. Both products are lightweight & super moisturizing, leaving your skin looking radiant.

Almost forgot

I can’t forget about the essential lip care. I try to keep it simple and, again, refreshing. The “Sugar” lip care line by Fresh is my go to ALL YEAR AROUND. You can never go wrong with an exfoliating lip polish and moisturizing lip serum to get you through the day. Oh and of course, to show off your warm lip colors the summer never fails to enhance.

All products mentioned above can be found at your nearest Sephora. Do you have any skincare tips you’d like to share? Let me know!

Signed,

Dom

  1. Very nice article I too tend to have seasonal issues with my complexion. In the summer I have found that my skin is hyper sensitive to the sun can you recommend something to not only moisturize and protect?
